Our mission is simple:

Create measurable change in the lives of the people who walk through our doors — stronger minds, regulated bodies, restored identities, and healthier communities. Every program at Eden Center is built to produce real outcomes, not temporary relief.

Eden Center is a science-driven recovery-based education center for people who are exhausted from surviving and ready to rebuild their lives from the inside out.

We teach the mechanics of emotional load, the biology of stress, and the internal processes of healing so individuals can restore clarity, stability, and self-direction within their own bodies.

Our work integrates emotional regulation, somatic repair, and evidence-based recovery into a grounded, practical approach to human transformation.

Eden Center works with the mental, emotional, and physical bodies through structured pathways designed for real change. Whether you are beginning with group support or ready for deep one-on-one work, each pathway builds regulation, integration, and personal authority.

Group Classes

Accessible, structured training for the whole system. These classes develop skill through repetition, movement, and shared practice, creating the foundation for deeper work.

  • Mindful Mommies™ — prenatal and postnatal integration focused on pelvic floor strength, nervous system stability, and identity balance during motherhood.

  • Body Basics™ (Trademark in process) — physical alignment and embodied strength through structured movement that integrates the mental, emotional, and physical bodies.

  • Recovery Codes™ (Trademark in process) — mental and emotional recovery focused on “recovery from life,” examining the addiction to comfort and building emotional regulation and mental discipline.

  • Yoga Flow — full-being movement integrating breath, form, and awareness, taught by trained instructors.

  • Meditation & Mindfulness — practical nervous system regulation using breath, sensory awareness, and real-world integration skills.

The Shop — Integration Tools

Practical tools that support your work beyond class and session — the equipment needed to maintain your own system. Think of it as a mechanic’s toolbox for the mental, emotional, and physical bodies.

Located at the front of Eden Center and open 30 minutes before and after classes.

Private Sessions — The Lion’s Den

Advanced, direct work for those ready to confront and release the structures that maintain suffering.

  • $111 Evaluation — The Lay of the Land
    We assess the physical body, question the mental patterns, and observe emotional responses to understand how your system is truly operating. This is a direct “telling on the Self,” clarifying truth versus narrative through honest, confrontive awareness.

  • $222 Integration Session — focused energy and spiritual work engaging the mental and emotional bodies. We clarify, challenge, and “kick the tires” on the beliefs, narratives, and attachments that sustain suffering. This work will confront resistance and may challenge deeply held patterns. Change is invited through awareness and honest seeing — not force. Accountability is developed without shame, fear, or guilt. This is letting in the light by clearing what no longer belongs.

  • $333 Clinical Reiki™ — Clinical bodywork combined with surgically precise energy work clears physical attachments — fascia, hardening, and numbness — to restore flow through the meridians and energy system. It is clinical, radical, and deeply felt work that can be intense, but opens the body to clarity, movement, and renewed vitality.

Private sessions are reserved for individuals actively participating in Eden Center classes.

Group work builds the foundation required for deeper transformation. If you are not willing to engage in the ongoing work of classes and practice, private sessions are not the right starting place.

This is not hand-holding or passive healing. The Lion’s Den is for those already doing the work — people willing to move, practice, and take responsibility for change. ACCOUNTABILITY is Key!
