Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session may be completed without penalty. Changes made within 24–48 hours of your session may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable and non-transferable. No Refund Policy All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, late cancellations, or missed appointments. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to maintain the schedule. The full session fee still applies. Conduct & Environment To maintain a focused and professional environment: No video recording, audio recording, or photography is permitted during sessions or classes. Sessions are designed for your individual experience and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed in any form. Right to Refuse Service Eden Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time to maintain the integrity of the space and experience.
