Integration & Regulation Session This session is designed for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, reactive, or mentally exhausted and want real tools for lasting change. Integration & Regulation Sessions focus on nervous system stabilization, emotional regulation, and mental discipline through guided conversation and skill-building. This is not bodywork or massage. There is little to no physical touch. This is energy-based work and deep internal excavation. We work through the 5 A’s: Alkalize, Acclimate, Analyze, Amend, Actualize. This is not therapy, not analysis, and not a space for unstructured venting. The goal is clarity, structure, and practical change. During the session, we work with: real-time nervous system regulation identifying patterns that drive stress and reactivity building emotional regulation skills you can use immediately strengthening mental clarity and internal authority restoring steadiness and self-direction You remain present, engaged, and oriented throughout. Conversation is intentional and grounded, focused on understanding how your system responds under pressure and how to regulate it effectively. Clients leave with practical tools for managing stress and emotion, greater mental clarity, improved self-regulation, and methods they can apply in daily life. This session is ideal for those ready to move beyond talking about problems and into learning how to regulate, integrate, and rebuild from the inside out. Cancellation Policy
Booking Link- https://heal.me/portal/services Booking Policy All sessions and classes must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session may be completed without penalty. Changes made within 24–48 hours of your session may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable and non-transferable. No Refund Policy All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, late cancellations, or missed appointments. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to maintain the schedule. The full session fee still applies. Conduct & Environment To maintain a focused and professional environment: No video recording, audio recording, or photography is permitted during sessions or classes. Sessions are designed for your individual experience and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed in any form. Right to Refuse Service Eden Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time to maintain the integrity of the space and experience.
